You guys HAVE to read this. It even has to do with Halloween. If you have read the first three Harry Potter books it will make sense and make you laugh like I did. If not you will be confused and probably won't see what's so funny. Also, SHAME ON YOU! READ THEM!

At approximately 3:45 yesterday, the following conversation took place:

Me: I have this beautiful costume and nowhere to go!
Shannon: Want to go trick-or-treating for MOVE with us?
Me: Sure.

And so we did.

MOVE is the Mobilization Of Volunteer Efforts. We went from house to house, asking for non-perishible food items for the food shelf. And we tried not to accept candy, honestly we did. But it's not our fault that everywhere we went we heard "You're our first trick-or-treaters. Don't you want some candy?" And really, how can you turn that down?

So not only did I collect a crap-load of food for the hungry, but I also got loads of free candy. It was great.

Then we watched Sleepy Hollow because my new goal is to make Abby watch all the Tim Burton and/or Johnny Depp movies ever.

I forgot how much blood there is in that movie. And yet it doesn't bother me. Hmmmm.

It's cause I'm too focused on Ichabod.

In conclusion, YAY HALLOWEEN!
