Nov. 10th, 2005 08:04 amOK. So there's this guy John who is now dating Ashleigh. Meg is Ashleigh's roommate.
Meg, Kelley, Shannon, Erin, and I were all in Kelley and Erin's room, and Meg goes "Hey did you guys know that gullible is not in the dictionary?" And we all laugh because we are smart. (And some of us have used that joke before. Formed friendships on it, in fact.)
So Meg goes "God, and I the only one who fell for that?" Then, since she is kind of ticked at having to not be in her room because John and Ashleigh are in there doing God knows what, she goes next door and tells John that gullible is not in the dictionary.
She returns about 5 minutes later, giggling gleefully, and goes "he's looking it up online."
And about 5 minutes after that, John opens the door, goes "easily duped or tricked" with the most patheitc look in the world on his face and Ashleigh behind him laughing hysterically.
And oh, how we laughed.
Then I watched Drawn Together, during which a tamboureen was called a jingle frisbee. That is the greatest phrase ever, and I am going to work it into all my conversations now.
