Jun. 30th, 2008 04:49 pmI just saw a flair of the line from Get Smart, "Holy shit, holy shit, the swordfish almost went through my head," with 'holy' spelled holly.
I understand typos, but since it was wrong both times, and wrong on more than one flair, it was clearly not a typo. It's a four letter word. It's a common word. How in the hell do you misspell holy?
I weep for the future of the English language.
