leia131I heard the greatest thing at rehearsal the other night. It went something like this:
Andrew: Jon, I will fuck you up.
Jon: And I will press charges.
That's like, the best answer ever.
Oh my God though, last night Melissa, one of the Godspell ensemble and our choreographer, jumped up and landed funny and rolled her ankle and we had to call resuce to come and take her away.
That was followed by a night of anxious "I hope she's ok" and "If she's broken, what will we do?" but this morning we found out that she is ok. Her ankle is just sprained, thank God. I think it would have killed her if she couldn't do the show. She kept apologizing last night, and we were all like, it doesn't matter, because her health is totally more important than the show. And I mean that.
So that was exciting/terrifying, but it's over now.
Also, Shawn, who's playing Jesus, was AMAZING last night with Melissa. He took control when we were all going "what do we do?" and had Joe get her some ice, and said he thought it wasn't broken, and he was just so calm and collected. I was very very impressed.
And that's my news for the day.
P.S. I'm currently watching Space Jam. Hahahahahaha!
