I'm just going to come out and say this: I'm probably going to be fangirling a lot about Inuyasha in my journal this summer. Cause I can watch it again. I'll try and give these entries titles that let you know that it's about Inuyasha, so if you have no idea what I'm on about, you can skip it. :)
That being said, I have only two words: ENTER SHIPPO.
He's been on for eight minutes, and already he's
-Insulted Inuyasha for being a half-demon.
-Stolen Kagome's shards.
-Twice.
-Trapped Inuyasha under a rock.
-Annoyed Inuyasha enough that he bopped Shippo one.
-Called Kagome Inuyasha's woman. Smart one, that Shippo.
I'm impressed.
More thoughts on Shippo:
-His powers are pretty much good for doing nothing but annoying Inuyasha. At least initially. Later he makes a very convenient balloon.
-Kagome keeps protecting and taking care of him, even though she barely knows him and he's a total brat in this episode. Because he is adorable.
-Inuyasha hits Shippo A LOT. Child abuse anyone?
-His origin story makes me cry. I just want to hug him and tell him it'll be ok.
Non-Shippo related note: It is clear even to the Thunder Brothers, who have seen Inuyasha wih Kagome for exactly two minutes, that they are in love. So why is this not clear to Inuyasha?
