I like this. It makes me happy.
Second for all of you who did not read this in Bart's journal:
You all need to lay off the Mrs. Archer. You can't blame all the problems in Encore on her alone. Sure she doesn't help matters much, but everything is not all her fault. Haven't you ever known what it's like to be burdened with a million things that all go together at once and you just don't have enough room in your head to remember everything that has to be said and done and made? I'm sure you all have. Cut her some slack. And what do most people do to help her? Nothing. I'm sick of all this negativity and hate. Lighten up people! I fully understand and appreciate that lots of things that go wrong with Encore are her fault, but I also seem to be the only one who sees that she is a very dedicated and busy woman. She loves theater and she loves us all like her own children, and sure she makes some bad choices but what would we do without her? It's easy to blame everything that goes badly on her, but honestly sometimes she has no control over it, and sometimes she just forgets. Like the ITS induction, which I personally feel was horrible. It was disorganized, the decorations, which I helped with, were awful, there was hardly any food, and no one knew what was going on. Inductees had to be called half an hour before the induction to go on. It was bad, and none of the presenters knew what we were doing. (Now that I got that off my chest) That was not totally Mrs. Archer's fault. Yes she should have gotten the word out more, but we had an ITS committee that met once, if you could call it a meeting, and when we showed up we were not given any instructions or anything. Mrs. Archer has never planned the induction before, it has always been a committee, and it is always wonderful. We all need to take some responsibility for the fiascoes that go on in Encore and stop trying to blame just one person, be it Mrs. Archer or not. (This public service rant has been brought to you by Megan, who will not take any of it back.)
Third: I am extremely disappointed that the only comment I got when I asked for comments from my true friends was from Kelli. I guess she is my only friend. Except Hannahmylove who is forgiven because she hasn't been online in weeks.
