Hey, wow, that actually sounds like a good title/idea for a fic...

Anyways, I concluded today that there is nothing so hard to find as your perfect hair tie. You know, the one that is just the right diameter, and that comes in the exact variety of colors you want, and that doesn't hurt when you put it in your hair, and that just is right for you. God it's hard to find.

But I found it! Ah yes, God bless CVS. (Actually, that's quite catchy too...God bless CVS...Probably too religious for a slogan though...)

I went to the library for the first time in months today. I love that place. I love just sitting on the floor in-between the high shelves and looking aimlessly through books. (Must remember to read Romeo.) And then people walk by and look at me like I'm crazy, and I ignore them because I am happy. Content.

I also enjoy just wandering through the shelves, stopping to look at random books because their title or thier author intrigues me. (Yes, I DO judge books by their covers. That's what a cover is there for. To be judged.)

But today I had a mission to find The Lovely Bones because I've wanted to read it since Freshman year. I have never opened a more fascinating and disturbing book in 18 years of life.

Then I turned around and on the shelf opposite me was Tolstoy. (Not the man, obviously, because he's dead and wouldn't have fit on the shelf anyways...But his books.) I am going to be studying Tolstoy and his writings in my very first semester of college. He likes to write looooooong books. He wrote War and Peace which may be the longest book ever written. (Not kidding or exaggerating.)

So I read the first page of Anna Karenina and quite frankly I wanted to read the rest of the book too. (This is a good sign.) See what Sirius and all those Fanfic authors find so intrguing about it. But we'll save that for college.

And I owe the library $3.80. Not quite sure how that happened.

Don't they have book sales on Monday nights? If they do we should go to one if they're still on when I get back. I'm pretty sure they do. Though I might get back like a week too late. What's next next* Monday's date?

*intentional

PS ~ To me, it isn't so much finding the perfect hair tie as it is, waiting for the hair tie to fall out enough to find the perfect look (which I suppose could be solved by a perfect hair tie if you think about it). I have this thing for my messy hair slightly to the side. It's like that right now. And I don't know why, but I love it like whoa.

You should be an English teacher.

May I ask why you think I should be an English teacher? Or a Biology teacher?

First, you're great at English. We had a conversation one time I think and you seem to like when people use correct grammar and such. Therefore, you seem to like it, and obviously love to read. And you just seem like the type to be a teacher. Don't ask me why, but I can't quite see you sitting at a desk and answering a phone all day. Plus, you're studying Biology, and one occupation for using it is definitely teaching. Also, Mr. G came to mind for some reason. He teaches science and has certification in English/Social Studies and enjoys teaching his reading class. Of course, you'd be more like Mrs. Lozyniak (damn, you didn't have her - she replaced Mr. Kinsler) who actually taught 7th Grade 'Bio' and had (seriously) the best reading class known to mankind (Actually, she's tied with Mr. G. for sure...). I can just see you being one of them for some reason. Just a suggestion. A random outburst of thought. <3<3<3<3

I really do appreciate good grammar, (and bad grammar drives me crazy) but I really don't like English class all that much, so I don't think I'd like to teach it. But I would actually kinda like to teach Bio. That sounds like a good idea.

I did have Mrs. Lozyniak, for 2 electives in eighth grade. I liked her, but I wish she'd let you guys disect frogs. That was the highlight of my seventh grade life. Just ask your sister.

Thank you for your confidence, and I miss you!
