When I die of secondhand-smoke induced cancer, I want you guys to sue this school, ok? You won't win, it's hardly even a case, and it's not even really the school's fault, but I just want this issue raised.

I choose not to smoke, I don't have any friends who smoke, and yet I still inhale it on a daily basis because people smoke on the steps of my dorm, which I sort of have to walk in and out of.

Fuckers.

So someone promise to bring this pointless lawsuit when I die, ok?

Oh dear! People don't seem to smoke as much as I'd expected here, but then again the upper classmen are just now showing up.

Talk to your RA. She might be able to do something about the people on the steps.

Oh see that's where they're SUPPOSED to smoke. Therein lies the problem.

And it actually seems to be mostly freshmen. Stupid rebellious freshmen.

They HAVE to smoke at least 20 feet from the building. So you can definitely find your RA or whatever, and ask them to move, if they don't move when you ask them to...smoking is nasty...no one should do it. Icky.
