Oct. 6th, 2005 05:20 pmWhen the idea for this fic came to me, it was only the first two lines and the last line.
When I actually wrote it in Biology yesterday it was something like 120 words.
When I typed it up this afternoon it was 129 words.
I am incredibly pleased to anounce that as I am posting it THIS FIC IS EXACTLY AND PRECISELY 100 WORDS LONG. And it was not easy to get it thst way, let me tell you.
So here it it, my very first real drabble.
Fandom: Harry Potter
Pairing: Remus/Sirius, but it's severly pre-slash. You'll see.
Rating: G. Oh feel the G.
Disclaimer: Neither Remus nor Sirius belongs to me. For which you should all be glad. *Evil grin*
“Good morning Sirius.”
Good? It’d really be good if I were still in bed.
“Good morning Remus.”
Remus smiles, sits next to him, and takes out his quill.
He’s tired. That essay last night took forever. Goblin revolts are dull. Who cares? Matilda Baggins keeps following him around. I really don’t want to have to tell her I’m not interested. Or why. His mood is dark.
He stretches. His leg knocks Remus’. He freezes. Remus doesn’t like to be touched.
But Remus doesn’t jerk his leg away. He looks at Sirius. Smiles.
Maybe this is a good morning after all.
For those of you who don't do Megan!Fic, here's something else. In the other hall's bathroom, there is a handicapped stall. On the third floor. Of a building that has no elevator. WTF?

Date: 2005-10-06 05:24 pm (UTC)I meant to put a note in there saying that all thoughts were Sirius', since the original lines that said "he thought" and "Sirius thought" got axed in the Great Quest For 100 Words. Thank you for reminding me.
I'm glad you liked the short statements and think it's a proper drabble. It was quite the experiment/experiece.
Love ya!
