I'd die to be Mrs. Lovett of course, but I'd settle for the beggar woman. I want to run around going "Mischief! Mischief! FIEND!" (Cause, really, who doesn't?)
And I REALLY want to play the perky "I want to live by the sea" character to Sweeney's "anything you say." Ah, she's so much fun.
