I'm not a huge fan of Skttles in the first place, but the concept of chocolate covered Skittles sounds absolutely disgusting to me.

Like, the fruity skittles covered with chocolate? Or the new chocolate flavored skittles? magus145 and I bought a bag of the chocolate skittles when I was visiting, but I could never bring myself to try them. I'm still curious, though! Chocolate-covered fruity skittles sounds terribly in every way.

Oh, is that what they mean? Cause the ad made it sound like they were chocolate-covered, not chocolate flavored, which is a world of difference.

So, are they pure chocolate, or are we talking a mix of chocolate and fruit flavors?

Was it these guys? Apparently the flavors are s'mores, vanilla, chocolate caramel, chocolate pudding, and brownie batter.

I KNOW! That commercial is seriously messed up.

personally, i never try to judge food before i try it. I've had some weird combinations that were actually quite delicious before. That being said, the concept of normal skittles dipped in chocolate is not right, because chocolate is softer than skittles, so they'd be all wrong texture wise.

BUT, skittles that taste like chocolate have great possibility to be tasty. I think the hardest part is getting around the notion that skittles need to be fruity.

Ah. So the real question once again is, are the Skittles chocolate-covered, or chocolate flavored?


I'm still confused though, about whether chocolate skittles taste like just chocolate, or fruit and chocolate.
