leia131Today is the day that The Little Mermaid was released in theaters 25 years ago! It was the first movie I ever saw in a theater, at the tender age of two, it inspired my brother's name, and it has been my favorite movie since I was old enough to know what it meant to have a favorite movie. My collection of TLM stuff is massive, and I'm not ashamed.
To celebrate this anniversary, I thought we'd have a little TLM picspam, culled from my Pinterest. If I were at home, I could also use the bajillion pictures I have saved on my laptop, but then again at home I probably wouldn't have the motivation to work on a post like this (motivation: see also, killing time until my meeting).
You are about to get a terrifying glimpse into what I find funny, as you observe what I've elected to pin, out of all the TLM things there are on Pinterest...
The resemblance is really uncanny.
In a perfect world, this would have been my wedding cake. Well, the top anyway, I'm not crazy about the flowers or the quilted middle layer.
I had a shirt with this gorgeous art on it once, but it didn't fit and I had to send it back. :(
She's not wrong.
This is apparently a thing that happened.
The fact that still haven't stayed here is, frankly, a crime.
