leia131My first day of classes is over, and my room is mostly decorated. YAY COLLEGE!
So let's see...
Lex Luthor and Tom Sawyer are in my Chem class.
My Philosophy teacher is in a wheelchair. It's not that I mind, but let's be honest. I've never seen/had a teacher in a wheelchair. The whole class got silent when he rolled in, you can only see his head and sholders over the table in the front, and he can barely reach the blackboard. It's weird. It's not really a problem, it's just...new. (And I'm not going to pretend that I wasn't a little irritated by not being able to see what he was writing on the board just because of political correctness. I'm sure I'll adapt, but it was weird.)
I spent over $400 on books today and I just can't believe it. There's got to be another way.
In happoer news, my room has a Star Wars Wall, a Chicago Wall, a Johnny Depp section, a Sesshomaru section, and hundreds of other little random things. I LOVE IT.
I really heart decorating. I couldn't concentrate on my Psych homework cause I wanted to DECORATE MORE!!!
Finally, in Ecology tomorrow I get to go outside and count ant nests. While I'm not exactly ants' biggest fan, I GET TO GO OUTSIDE. (And this is foreshadowing that to come. We go outside in lab and play with things. YAY!)
Ok, I have to go to some asinine meeting now. Adios!
