Maybe I'm just grumpy (entirely possible), but Hugo is the longest movie I've ever seen, and (I guess it's meant to be a semi-fantasy world? I don't know) factually inaccurate in a lot of ways that bug the crap out of me. Oh, and all the characters are clinically stupid.
But it does have like, half the cast of Harry Potter in it, so there is that. Although I don't know why everyone in France has British accents, or how Hugo can keep running into that one guy in the huge fucking train station.
P.S. That automaton is SO CREEPY, OMG.
