Having my tooth out tomorrow, and even if I don't die of anxiety in the process I'm not making any promises about a post in the aftermath. Just so you know.

In other news, I'm watching the People's Choice Awards for the first time ever... How have I never watched this before? The whole thing is comedy gold. I'm pretty sure Shemar Moore is drunk, Stana Katic hijacked her introduction gig to thank the fans of Castle, the dresses are ridiculous, Sara Bareilles can't sing, and RDJ is Iron Man. Its all amazing.



Answer to last Wednesday's song: Auld Lang Syne. Somehow, no one guessed this.

I agree with everything you said about the People's Choice Awards. Overall I was disappointed in the musical performances but I loved Shemar Moore and Malin Ackerman going off book. Ahh the glory of live television :)

Sara B surprised the hell out of me, because normally her live stuff is fucking epic. Very weird. Wondering if there was a mixing/hearing problem or she was sick. The only awards show that is consistently mixed well/correctly is the Tony's. The Grammy's are the worst, but most are just soooo bad. This was upsetting.

It's been long enough since I watched them that I can't remember if it was these awards, but something I watched definitely had sound issues... It was probably this. I've never heard her live before, so I have no basis for comparison, but I believe you. :)
