So, I'm not going to attempt to actually liveblog the Grammy's (although the DVR would sure make it easier) because I like my hands too much. But please enjoy some thoughts as I watch it. I will also try to highlight the winners for you, so you can know what's up even if this is the only Grammy's blog you read.

Cut for spoilers, language,

And all the school closings covering the bottom quarter of my screen )

Goodnight everybody! I'll try and update with some pictures tomorrow.

ETA: Pictures added!
So. The Grammys. The fashion was pretty underwhelming, both the good and the bad. Plus, I didn't know who half the people there were. But anywho, let's take a look at some of the outfits worn by some of the people I did recognize.

Warning: SO MANY pictures under the cut. So many.

With the help of the Fug Girls, because they know way more about these people than I do )

Answer to last Tuesday's song: Rolling in the Deep. No one guessed this.
Just watched Alien for the first time (as part of our New Year's resolution).

On the one hand, this was a good movie. I was invested in the characters, it was tense, I jumped a couple of times, my heart rate went up, it was beautifully shot, and I love the fact that the alien was played by a man in a suit rather than a puppet or a computer. On the other hand, WHY IS EVERYONE IN THE MOVIE SO STUPID?

Cut for spoilers, in case any of you haven't seen it either. )

The Grammy's are tonight, and I'm already watching the red carpet, so be prepared for some Grammy fashion reactions in the days to come.

Answer to last Sunday's song: Long December, by Counting Crows. Janeea got this one right!
